All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Accommodation bookings are made as part of your online registration. Please review below registration types before proceeding with your registration.
When you register, you will receive a confirmation of your registration straight away via email including a tax invoice/receipt. Please also check your junk mail folder.
If you do not receive this confirmation please email the conference organisers

Payment of registration fees

All payments must be in Australian dollars. Payment may be made by:

Credit card – all major cards accepted (Note that payments will appear as IVVY PTY LTD on your credit card statement.)
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – banking details will be advised on your tax invoice. 

Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees. 
A limited number of rooms have been reserved on behalf of conference delegates at Hilton Hotel Adelaide. To secure the conference accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process. 

Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellation of registration must be emailed to the Conference Organisers.

Fees paid will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation on or before Monday 27th September 2021- full payment less administration fee of $110 incl GST. 
Cancellation on and after Tuesday 27th September 2021- no refund.
Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. 

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Conference, provided the Conference Organiser is advised in writing.
 
If there is a COVID outbreak, or border closures prevent delegates from travelling, we will cancel the registration and waive any cancellation fees inside the above cancellation period.
